You can buy tickets for an event by visiting our website, selecting the event you’re interested in, and following the prompts to complete your online purchase.
2. Do I need to create an account to buy tickets?
While it’s not required, creating an account makes the purchasing process easier and allows you to track your orders, print your tickets, and receive event updates.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. No cancellations or modifications are possible once an order has been placed.
5. What should I do if I don’t receive my tickets by email?
If you haven’t received your tickets by email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find them, contact us at edsp.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used during purchase.
6. Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?
This depends on the event. Some events sell out before the date, so we recommend buying your tickets online in advance.
7. What should I do if I lose my tickets?
If you lose your tickets, contact us immediately at edsp.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used during purchase. We’ll do our best to assist you.
8. Are tickets refunded if an event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded. If an event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the new date, please contact us to discuss available options.
